Phoebe Sheng
CEO & Producer
Phoebe Sheng, Chief Executive Officer, earned her Bachelor of Education from the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling in National Taiwan Normal University and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Department of Film, Video, New Media, and Animation in the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). Her calling is to use film and video to connect with young people with gospel messages on cultural topics. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and two daughters.
Rocío Chen Luo
Chair
Rocío Chen Luo, Chair of the Board of Directors, earned her Master of Science Degree in Information Scienece in University of Pittsburgh in 2015. Currently, Rocío works at New Paradigm LLC as a business intelligence analyst. Rocío has always been passionate about apologetics and art critics (especially contemporary art). She echoed organization’s mission to bridge the gap with creative work and invite meaningful conversations within and outside of church communities.
Youjia Wang
Secretary
Youjia Wang is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing in University of Pittsburgh, with a research focus on care and support for family caregivers of cancer patients. She previously served as a host for a Two Springs fundraising event, and through a recent screening gained a deeper appreciation for the ministry’s vision of using film and media to share the gospel and open meaningful cultural conversations. She hopes to serve with humility through writing, coordination, and team support.
Liangzi Su
Treasurer
Liangzi Su, Finance of the Board of Directors, earned her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the School of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. From 2015 to 2021, she earned her CPA and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing in providing expatriate and foreign national tax compliance and consulting services for multinational companies. Currently, Liangzi is a mother of a boy and a girl and stays at home full time. She sees that God still uses her professional skills and knowledge in accounting and let her serve in Two Springs Media and she looks forward to this new journey.
Ying Yin
Content Creator
Ying Yin, a content creator at Two Spring Media, holds a Ph.D. in pharmacology from Temple University. She presently serves as a Research Assistant Professional at the George Washington University Biomedical Informatics Center. Additionally, she is a dedicated mother to a daughter and is committed to offering current and pertinent gospel-centered content on cultural topics for the benefit of the next generation and their parents.
Luming Zhou
Board Member
Zhou Luming, a seminary student, majoring in Master of Theological Studies and always seeking ways to serve the Lord. Through the ministry of Two Springs, I’m hoping people can rest on the true identity in the Lord.
