Phoebe Sheng

CEO & Producer 

Phoebe Sheng, Chief Executive Officer, earned her Bachelor of Education from the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling in National Taiwan Normal University and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Department of Film, Video, New Media, and Animation in the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). Her calling is to use film and video to connect with young people with gospel messages on cultural topics. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and two daughters.

Connie Lee

Chair

Connie Lee, Chair of the Board of Directors, earned her Ph.D. in Material Science, from the Chemistry Department of Indiana University, Bloomington in 2010. After that, she did another year of post-doctoral training in brain cancer research at the University of Chicago Hospital. Currently, Connie is homeschooling her three children age from 7 to 12, and she is also a high school science teacher at a homeschool student center. As a teacher and a mom she cares about how our culture and media will influence the next generation. She is dedicated to contributing her time and efforts to help create high quality videos and other media with gospel themes to engage young audience.

Lingshu Xue

Treasurer

Treasurer of the Board of Directors, earned her Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the School of Public Health in University of Pittsburgh in August 2019. She echoed organization’s mission to outreach the lost because of her past research and volunteer experience to work among people with fatal illness. Currently she works at the Department of Health Policy and Management in the University of Pittsburgh as a Senior data analyst.

Liangzi Su

Treasurer

Liangzi Su, Finance of the Board of Directors, earned her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the School of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. From 2015 to 2021, she earned her CPA and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing in providing expatriate and foreign national tax compliance and consulting services for multinational companies. Currently, Liangzi is a mother of a boy and a girl and stays at home full time. She sees that God still uses her professional skills and knowledge in accounting and let her serve in Two Springs Media and she looks forward to this new journey. 

Jing Qian

Secretary

Julia Qian, Assistant Fundraising Manager at Two Spring Media. She earned her Master of Education Degree in Higher Education Management at University of Pittsburgh, and bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science and Applied Psychology in Educational and Community settings from the University of Minnesota. She has been working with youth and college students in community and higher education settings since 2013. She is passionate about educating and empowering youth and young adults through media and personal relationships.
